Five 30 m² serviced suites at 13 Ernestou Emprar, Ladadika. Tavernas 2′, Tsimiski 3′, Aristotelous 9′. Honest about weekend noise. Self check-in from 15:00.
Why Ladadika, specifically
Ladadika is the old merchants' quarter beside the port — one of the few corners of central Thessaloniki to survive the fire of 1917, its low warehouse buildings now filled with tavernas, bars, and cafés. Staying here means dinner is downstairs, the waterfront is a short stroll, and Tsimiski's shops start three minutes away. You walk out in the evening instead of booking a taxi, and you walk back the same way. For a first visit or a short city break, it is a base that explains itself.
Five identical suites, one floor
Loena occupies the fourth floor of an old commercial building at 13 Ernestou Emprar — discreet entrance, small lift, photo directions sent before arrival. There are five identical serviced suites of 30 m² each, with a queen bed plus an extra single for up to three guests, a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, access to a shared washer and dryer, and an iron. Housekeeping is regular, self check-in runs from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00, and in-room breakfast or transfers can be arranged on request at extra cost. Full details sit on the suite page.
Distances on foot
Everything below is measured from the front door at a normal walking pace. The numbers are the reason guests choose this address: most of a Thessaloniki itinerary happens within ten minutes of it. For drivers, a 24/7 partner garage sits 250 m from the entrance (extra cost) — useful in a dense, partly pedestrianised quarter.
Ladadika tavernas and bars — 2 minutes
Tsimiski Street — 3 minutes
Port and Modiano Market — 8 minutes
Aristotelous Square — 9 minutes
White Tower — 19 minutes
An honest note about weekend nights
Ladadika earns its evenings, and that has a cost: on weekend nights the quarter is lively and the sound carries up — we would rather you book knowing this than discover it. Soundproofing is being improved continuously, and light sleepers can ask for the quietest available suite when booking. We will not promise silence in the middle of a nightlife district; we promise to tell you the truth about it and to help where we can.
What guests say, and where to go next
The location is what guests mention most: 9.5 Exceptional from 455 Booking.com reviews, 4.8 on Google from 94, and Airbnb Guest Favorite status, with a 9.8 cleanliness subscore and repeated comments that the suites are "exactly like the photos." Rates, live availability, and the cancellation terms for each rate are shown on our booking engine, reserve-online.net. If you are weighing the address, start with the suite itself, what to do in the quarter, and how parking works.
Yes. All five are identical: 30 m² each, all on the fourth floor, same layout, same finish. There are no categories, no better or worse rooms. Each suite has a queen bed plus an extra single for up to three guests, a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an iron, and access to a shared washer and dryer. Guests write that the suites are "exactly like the photos."
How noisy is Ladadika at night?
We say this plainly: on weekend nights, Ladadika stays up late and you will hear it. This is a nightlife quarter, and we will not promise silence in one. Soundproofing is improving; if you sleep lightly, tell us before arrival and we will suggest the quietest available suite.
Do I need a car to stay here?
No — that is the point of the location. From our door it is 2 minutes on foot to the Ladadika tavernas, 3 to Tsimiski, 8 to the port and the Modiano Market, 9 to Aristotelous Square, and 19 to the White Tower. If you do arrive by car, there is a 24/7 partner garage 250 m from the entrance, at extra cost; do not count on street parking in this partly pedestrianised quarter.
“Christos is a fantastic host, very helpful and friendly.”

Good to know
On weekend nights, the quarter is alive.
It is the reason you stay here — and we will not pretend you cannot hear it. We keep working on the soundproofing. If you sleep lightly, tell us before arrival and we will put you in the quietest suite available.
The building is an old commercial one.
The entrance is discreet and the lower floors do not look like a hotel — the fourth-floor suites do. The lift is small and asks for a little patience. We send photo directions before you arrive, so you never have to search.
No front desk — a host instead.
Self check-in from 15:00 with simple instructions. Anything you would ask a front desk, we answer on WhatsApp — you talk directly to us.
