You make coffee in your own kitchen and the day starts without a plan: the Ladadika tavernas are two minutes away, Tsimiski three. At night you come up to the fourth floor, to a queen bed waiting for you. Five suites in all, identical down to the last detail.

On weekend nights, the quarter is alive.
It is the reason you stay here — and we will not pretend you cannot hear it. We keep working on the soundproofing. If you sleep lightly, tell us before arrival and we will put you in the quietest suite available.
The building is an old commercial one.
The entrance is discreet and the lower floors do not look like a hotel — the fourth-floor suites do. The lift is small and asks for a little patience. We send photo directions before you arrive, so you never have to search.
No front desk — a host instead.

Frequently asked questions
How are the beds set up for three guests?
Each suite has a queen bed plus an extra single, so three guests sleep on real beds rather than a sofa conversion. All five suites are identical 30 m² layouts, so the setup is the same whichever you book. Tell us the guest count when booking and the suite is prepared before you arrive.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 15:00. Before arrival we send photo directions covering the discreet entrance, the small lift, and the way to your fourth-floor suite; the keyless smart lock lets you in without a key handover. Checkout is by 11:00. If anything is unclear on the way, message us on WhatsApp.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes — a 24/7 partner garage 250 m from the building, available as an extra. Ladadika itself is a partly pedestrianised quarter with little street parking, so we recommend the garage if you drive. Tell us before arrival and we send the garage location together with the photo directions for the building entrance.
Is the area noisy at night?
On weekend nights, yes — Ladadika is a nightlife quarter, and its bars and tavernas are audible from the suites, particularly on Friday and Saturday. We will not promise quiet. If you sleep lightly, mention it before arrival and you can request the quietest suite available at the time.
