What you agree to
These terms apply to every stay booked directly with Loena Luxury Suites, five identical 30 m² serviced suites on the 4th floor of 13 Ernestou Emprar, in Ladadika, Thessaloniki. The operator is Christos Athan. Petkakis & Co E.E. (registered name: ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ ΑΘΑΝ. ΠΕΤΚΑΚΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε.), listed in the Greek short-stay property registry under AMA 00002825758. Rates, availability and payment run through our booking engine at reserve-online.net (WebHotelier). Completing a reservation there means you accept these terms together with the rate-specific conditions shown at checkout; where the two differ, the rate conditions you accepted apply.
Arrival and departure
Self check-in opens at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Before arrival we send photo directions by message. The entrance to our old commercial building is discreet, and the lift is small, which is worth knowing if you travel with large luggage. If anything is unclear on the way, we reply on WhatsApp. If you need flexibility on either side of these times, ask in advance and we will tell you honestly what the calendar allows; nothing outside the stated hours is guaranteed.
Rates, payment and cancellation
There is no single blanket cancellation policy, because it varies by season and by rate. The exact conditions for each rate are displayed on reserve-online.net before you confirm, and those are the conditions that govern your booking. The same logic applies to pricing: no figure on this website is binding, and only the booking engine shows live rates. If you are unsure which rate suits your plans, message us on WhatsApp before you pay anything and we will explain the differences plainly.
Occupancy and house rules
Each suite sleeps up to three guests on a queen bed plus an extra single; we cannot exceed this. The suites and common areas are strictly non-smoking; smoking inside may incur an additional cleaning charge. Housekeeping is regular rather than daily. If you need a specific refresh during your stay, ask and we will schedule it. One honest note on noise: Ladadika is lively on weekend nights and you will hear it from the suites. We keep improving the soundproofing, and light sleepers can request the quietest suite available. We will not promise silent sleep, because that would not be true.

Included and optional
Every suite comes fully equipped as standard: full kitchen, Nespresso machine, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine and iron. Two things sit outside the room rate, each at extra cost and arranged directly with us: transfers, and parking at a 24/7 partner garage 250 metres from the entrance. Breakfast is not one of them and is not served in the suite. It is a separate rate that covers breakfast at Napoleon, a bakery-patisserie on Fragon Street, up to a set amount. None is added to your bill automatically. Tell us what you need before or during your stay and we will confirm the cost with you before anything is charged.
Data, cookies and questions
This website runs Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager under Consent Mode v2, and a consent banner records your choice in your browser's localStorage. Two other third parties load inside our pages, the Trustindex review wall and the OpenFreeMap tiles behind our location map. Who receives what, and which of them waits for your consent, is set out in the privacy and cookie policies linked below. When you book, you are handed over to the external reserve-online.net engine, which processes the reservation itself.
