Before you book

Ladadika is audible at weekends

This is a nightlife quarter and the fourth floor does not cancel it. We keep working on the soundproofing. If you sleep lightly, tell us before you arrive and you get the quietest suite available.

The entrance is discreet and the lift is small

It is an old commercial building and the door does not announce itself. We send photo directions before every arrival so nobody ends up on the pavement with suitcases looking for us.

You cannot park on the street

The lanes are partly pedestrianised. There is a partner garage 250 m from the entrance, open around the clock, charged separately. Put the garage into the GPS, not our address.

There is no reception desk

This is five suites, not a hotel. Check-in is your own with instructions we send, and messages are answered by us.

Booking direct is not a slogan here; it is a different conversation. Book through a platform and your messages pass through someone else's inbox. Book through our engine and you are talking to the people who run the five suites at 13 Ernestou Emprar, our own team, on WhatsApp. That line stays open before and during your stay: arrival timing, a transfer from the airport, a space in the partner garage, or a request for the quietest available suite if you sleep lightly. Breakfast is not one of those messages — it is a rate you pick in the engine, and you collect it yourself at Napoleon on Fragon Street. The people who answer are the same people who can actually do something about it.

How the booking engine works

Our booking engine is deliberately plain. You pick dates, you see the rate, and each rate carries its own cancellation terms, written out in full. There is no countdown timer and no invented urgency. The counts on this page are read from the booking system at the moment you ask, how many of the five suites are free for your dates and how many bookings came in over the last month. Any count the engine disagrees with is dropped rather than shown. If anything on the screen is unclear, message us on WhatsApp first and a person will explain it before you book.

Is booking direct with Loena safe?

Yes. The booking engine is the same secure system behind the website's availability calendar: you see the rate, taxes and cancellation terms on screen before you confirm, and you receive a written confirmation. You are booking with the company that operates the suites. The legal details are in the site footer. If you want reassurance before paying, message us on WhatsApp and a person will reply.

Can I change my dates after booking?

It depends on the rate you chose. Each rate carries its own cancellation and change terms, and the engine shows them in full before you confirm. Read them there rather than relying on a general promise from us. If your plans shift, message us on WhatsApp as early as you can; we will tell you plainly what your rate allows and help with whatever it does.

Who actually answers when I message?

A person, on WhatsApp, from the same small team that runs the suites. Messages that arrive overnight are answered the next morning. The same line works before booking, before arrival and during your stay, for transfers, arrival directions or a quietest-suite request.

It is the reason you stay here — and we will not pretend you cannot hear it. We keep working on the soundproofing. If you sleep lightly, tell us before arrival and we will put you in the quietest suite available.

The building is an old commercial one.

The entrance is discreet and the lower floors do not look like a hotel — the fourth-floor suites do. The lift is small and asks for a little patience. We send photo directions before you arrive, so you never have to search.

No front desk — a host instead.
